Because everything is made to order, we are not able to offer standard returns or guaranteed exchanges like the big brands. That said, if there’s a problem, email us at returns@realistic.shop and we’ll do our very best to make it right. While there is no guarantee, we do try to be decent human beings. Unfortunately, Claims submitted after 14 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to produce. Shipping generally requires an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take longer.
Orders begin production shortly after being placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Minor variations in color, print placement, or garment texture may occur. These are normal and part of the made-to-order process.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at hi@realistic.shop and we’ll investigate.
